Begin by signing in to your account. At the top of the My Account page, you will see three tabs. Click on the Account Profile tab. The Account Profile page will contain your account details along with a section called Prescription Management. From here you can sign up for, or learn more about Prescription Management.
I have tried calling the HR dept, helpdesk, and IT. Of course no one can help me (typical CVS, right?!). I have reset my password, unlocked my accounts on passwords.cvs.com and tried to log in through mylife. All to no avail. The only way I can access it is by going in to a CVS.
