Aug 20, 2019 · The party with the benefit of the judgment (the judgment creditor) should ensure that the judgment is served on the judgment debtor. If payment is not made within 14 days (or by such other time as specified in the judgment) then the judgment creditor can seek to enforce the judgment.
The default notice includes details of what payments you missed and how long you have to pay. Your creditor has to give you at least 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they can send you a letter of claim. If you make the missed payments, your creditor won’t take any further action.
