  4. In chapter 17 (Cersei IV) of AFFC we can read (about High Septon's death): No man can ask for more than to die peacefully in his sleep, full of years. I couldn't find any more details in the book, but in the internet summaries I found two different explanations of his death.

  6. To be clear, I FULLY support Cersei and Jaime dying together (anyone who actually thought that Jaime was gonna have some rom-com ending with Brienne wasn't paying attention at all), but I hate that their ending came because some big rocks fell on them and crushed them to death.
