Following a year of detailed public consultation and due diligence, the Governing body of Richmond Adult Community College (RACC) and the Hillcroft College Council agreed to proceed with the planned merger of both colleges into one new legal entity.
RACC and Hillcroft College entered into a federation partnership on August 1st 2015. Following an evaluation of the first year of the federation, the RACC Governing Body and the Hillcroft Council, at their October 2016 meetings, agreed to explore merger.
