A Full Course Menu (フルコースメニュー, Furukōsu Menyū), or Full Course (フルコース, Furukōsu), is an individual's "ultimate meal." It contains eight courses that he or she has selected as their favored dishes:
•Hors d'Oeuvre (前菜, Zensai)
•Soup (スープ, Sūpu)
•Fish Dish (魚料理, Gyo Ryōri)
•Meat Dish (肉料理, Niku Ryōri)
•Main Course (主菜, Shusai, Entrée in the English manga)
Acacia's Full Course Menu
All of Acacia's represents what makes up the world. Eating all ingredients in this Full Course will grant a person complete control over their Gourmet Cells. Originally, all the ingredients were manifestations of the Earth's actual flavors but became obtainable through different means overtime. Acacia has revealed that his legendary full course menu is not his true, personal one. Toriko also noted that, unlike his own, Acacia didn't make it with his own personal taste and thus eating it first without tasting one's personal Full Course Menu will corrupt their appetite and let it take over them.
Aimaru's Full Course Menu
As a Gourmet Knight, Aimaru's diet is made up of small amounts of simple foods. Unlike Zongeh whose low-level ingredients match his weakness, Aimaru's ingredients represent his calm and humble personality paramount to being a Gourmet Knight.
Chiyo's Full Course Menu
Chiyo's full course is made up of very rare and delicious ingredients which presumably aided in her Food Honor training.
Coco's Full Course Menu
Similar to Toriko's Full Course Menu, Coco's doesn't seem to have any theme. However, some ingredients are actually very dangerous if not prepared or eaten right away. By the end of the series, Coco decided to go to space to find an ingredient to complete his menu.
Zebra's Full Course Menu
Zebra had less interest in completing a Full Course Menu but started to make one recently after meeting Komatsu and deciding to gain the Chef's partnership in a combo. All of his courses are of a high capture level, ranging from high 80's to immeasurable. Of the Four Heavenly Kings, his Full Course contains the most undescribed ingredients, as there is absolutely no information on half of his Menu. At the end of the series, Zebra decided to go to space to find an ingredient worthy of his Main Course.
Ichiryu, Jiro, Midora and Setsuno try to distribute food to the Human World's inhabitants while Froese and Acacia are away. 3 BGA: Acacia and Froese return from Gourmet World. Froese becomes bedridden due to overusing her "Cooking God" abilities while away.
Jiro (次郎 Jirō) was a legendary Gourmet Hunter who is well known as the Knocking Master in the Gourmet Age. Despite his elderly appearance, he was one of the strongest individuals in the world and was one of the three disciples of the legendary and revered "Gourmet God" Acacia.
Since Toriko has learned Food's End, this isn't a problem anymore. Jiro, when unsealed has the ability of knocking the damage he is dealt with. That, actually becomes his biggest weakness if someone knows how to release that damage which deals him all the damage he suffered AT ONCE, as in this case, Acacia. Acquired Poison Immunity: Coco.
