Jenn Chou is the head of digital security at Project Quantum Leap. She works closely with Herbert "Magic" Williams in the hopes of solving the mystery of why Dr. Ben Song used the Project Accelerator to take an unauthorized trip to the past.

Jenn Chou is portrayed by Nanrisa Lee in the new NBC Quantum Leap series.

Growing up, Jenn didn't have a good relationship with her father. He was a gambling addict who abandoned Jenn at a young age, only calling every few years to use her for money to fuel his habit, leaving her with a deep distrust of him. Her relationship with her mother is yet unknown, but it is implied in What a Disaster! to be positive (although in Stand by Ben she states she was left by her father to "raise herself" implying that may not always have been the case).

Jenn was recruited to Project Quantum Leap by Herbert "Magic" Williams after being arrested for hacking Bitcoin accounts on the Dark Web. Magic worked hard campaigning for her release from prison and as a result she feels a deep sense of responsibility for her new job, even requesting to be terminated after Ben got around all security measures to make an unauthorised Leap, and offering Magic blackmail against Congresswoman Kavita Adani in order to save the Quantum Leap project from being shut down.
