Embassy Pictures Corporation (also and later known as Avco Embassy Pictures as well as Embassy Films Associates) was an American independent film production and distribution studio, active from 1942 to 1986.
Version of the logo with a registered trademark symbol under "Embassy Pictures". Open-matte version with the same variant. Designer: Chermayeff & Geismar. R/Greenberg Associates (Animation) Typography: Futura. Launched: August 20, 1982.
In January 1982, when acclaimed TV producers Norman Lear and Jerry Perenchio acquired Avco Embassy Television and dropped "Avco" from the name, the film division followed suit, becoming Embassy Pictures.

NOTE: It was taken from "Watership Down" (2023). NOTE #2: This logo was release date is Sunday, November 26th, 2023. Same goes release date for "Flubber" (1997) and "The Haunted Mansion" (2003).
