  2. Yeah, the Corp and Games split is definitely interesting, but the 'relevant' Atari name for most of it's post 84' life was Games. Or at least I feel it was. Atari Games was still a publishing powerhouse in Arcades, where the post 5200 consoles were kind of a footnote in the shadow of Nintendo and Sega at the time.

  4. I'd seen this on FB marketplace for a few weeks and finally was able to set up a time to pick it up. Original 4 port Atari 5200, with two controllers (mostly functional, issues with start buttons) and 28 games (3 duplicates).

  7. Google 'retro video game store' and see if you have anything local. I've bought hundreds of times from eBay and never had a problem - but it can be expensive due to shipping charges. I’ve seen 2600 games at 2nd & Charles and Half Price Books. Most recently I’ve picked up good deals locally on Mercari.
