Cornering Spider-Man, Fisk took off his mask. Before he could be killed by Prowler, Spider-Man told Fisk that while he was in the pat of the collider's beam, he found out his goal and that it wouldn't work. Infuriated, Fisk crushed Spider-Man with his fists, killing him instantly.
The Spider-Men manage to sneak into the affair and make their way below Fisk Tower to destroy the Super Collider, but end up getting ambushed by Doctor Octopus, Scorpion, Tombstone and Kingpin's mobsters (Kingpin and the other supervillains having anticipated that they would come and foil the plot).
That's perfectly fine. I just feel like I'm seeing a lot of what Fisk's saying transpire around us. Afterwards he tells Spider-Man to take down the Kangaroo I think. If you mean his talk, it’s Fisk telling Spider-Man about how his help to New York goes unappreciated just like him.
