June 27, 2002. Finch (Christian Slater) and Micah (Richard Dreyfusss) fly the coop in search of Micah’s buried diamonds. Complicating matters is a little round of mistaken identity, Micah’s carrier pigeons, his daughter, and the bullet through his heart.
You see, the real Cletis Tout was a riff raffish journalist looking to put the stronghold on the mob until his questionable tactics got him killed. And now thanks to a spunky coroner (Billy Connolly), both Finch and his sidekick Micah (Richard Dreyfuss) attained new identities that could be more harmful than helpful.
Synopsis. Prison escapee Trevor Finch assumes the identity of a deceased man, Cletis Tout, but soon discovers that someone had put out a hit on Cletis. Now, Finch and fellow escapee Micah must outrun both the police and hit man Critical Jim.
