Pinocchio: The Series (樫の木モック-Kashi no ki mokku) is about a newly carved wooden puppet named Pinocchio, made by the woodcarver Geppetto, learning to be a good young boy in order for him to become a human boy. This show shows his troubling trials and life lessons.
Pinocchio: The Series also known as Saban's The Adventures of Pinocchio, is the (Canadian) English dub for Kashi no ki Mokku. This version of the Series is heavily edited. It censors a lot of abuse, religious themes and character deaths that the original anime shows.
