Apr 8, 2019 · Whereas they introduced Gerald McRaney’s character and dispatched him in the same episode last season, this season they introduce Jean and allow us the time to get to know her. That way, she ends up meaning more to Sheila and meaning more to us.
The new characters they introduced this season are great - Ron (technically not introduced this season but has more screen time), the two henchmen, Jean, Tommy. And the dialogue writing is genius! The plot can get a bit convoluted and unbelievable at times but this is a zombie show we’re taking about so it doesn’t bother me most of the time.
