    Opening section

    The opening section of the guide reviews basic game controls and key concepts of the Pokémon games. This includes elemental types, Single and Double Battles, Natures, Abilities, moves, capturing and raising Pokémon, team building strategies and Pokémon breeding. It also covers topics specific to Emerald (and by extension, Ruby and Sapphire) such as using the PokéNav and a guide to Secret Bases.

    Walkthrough

    The walkthrough portion of the guide contains maps and information on every area in the game, including new areas exclusive to Emerald such as the Battle Frontier.   5. Dec 5, 2023 · TM's are one-time use items. This means if you trade the Pokémon you teach TM28 to, you won't be able to teach the ability to another Pokemon. In this situation, you'll have to raise a Pokémon that learns Dig naturally.
