The World Scroll is a Rare item found on the Shrine, near Marine Base G-1's Rough Waters. It is used to complete Gatekeeper Puff's quest, in order to open the Reverse Mountain gate and clear the player's way to the Second Sea.
To awaken Pharaoh Akshan (Crocodile) the player needs to collect and equip 3 artifacts scattered around the Kingdom's cities. All of their spawn locations have a random set of spawn locations, which can be easily memorized by watching a YouTube tutorial.
The Shrine is a quest location that holds the World Scroll. It is surrounded by Rough Waters that instantly summon a Sea Serpent upon detecting a player ship (meaning that you can geppo without it spawning a Sea Serpent).

First of all to get into Second Sea you will need the level requirement of Level 325, After this requirement is met you will need to get a World Scroll From The ????(Unknown) Shrine Located North-West of Marine Base G-1 (This scrolls respawn time is 10-15 Minutes).
