Our 3, 6 and 12 month online courses build classic cookery skills through making delicious food for your family in your home kitchen each week. The course is taught by Chloe Coker, a professional chef with 15 years of teaching experience.
The Organic Cookery School’s Brilliant Baking Course features a wide range of recipes, and is largely vegetarian. We will support you to adapt recipes to avoid major allergens, wherever possible, and to adapt to plant-based, Kosher or Halal principles.

Taking place in our professional training kitchens and led by our highly skilled chefs, the York College Cookery School offers a fantastic range of courses that can either introduce you to home cooking or develop your skills to produce restaurant standard dishes.
From cooking the perfect steak to baking the perfect loaf, anyone can learn to be a better chef in our cookery school – even if they don’t know the first thing about cooking. All our courses are run by Peter Eaton, or one of our other senior chefs.
