S3 -- Queen that Janeway poisoned (and from First Contact). When last seen at the end of Voyager the collective was blowing up. Over the decades the collective slowly died, we see the lower deck Borg on Lower Decks still looking good three or four years after Janeway did the deed.
It was meant as a reference to the dangers of Agnes letting the Borg Queen into her mind, but it seems to me that the threat was always a two way street: the Borg Queen couldn't enter Agnes' mind without leaving herself open to the same scrutiny.
