Key Responsibilities. Command highly trained frontline soldiers as an Infantry Platoon Commander. Deploy around the world on everything from frontline operations to disaster relief missions. Serve in one of 19 Infantry Regiments. Each has its own unique history and identity.
They normally command a platoon or troop of around 30 soldiers, with increased responsibilities from being a Second Lieutenant. They also have the opportunity to gain specialised skills outside their corps or regiment.
