I think it's fairly realistic but it also depends on what you're making videos of on Youtube. Again with CPMs varying making videos with content that has lower CPMs means you either need to be SUPER popular or make a WHOLE BUNCH of content.
First decide what's your main goal is, whether is it youtube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Then put full effort into that. About short video, it's fine but put the best 15 sec of the video. Or make better content in short video, (example: Evolution of Minecraft in 15 sec (with subtitle)).
