Have a buyer trying to make a payment (which isn't registering in my Account Activity) and trying to convince me that PayPal is informing them that they need to pay an additional £200 to upgrade MY account to business? Sounds like nonsense. Is this a scam, and if so, how does it work? I'm not sure what they are trying to achieve.
