Plot. Glenn, at the urging of Dale, finally tells the group that the Greene family's barn is full of walkers. The group inspects the barn, and Shane believes they should clear the barn, but Rick believes they need to get Hershel's blessing since they are still guests on his property.
After the run in with the Vatos, Rick, Glenn, T-Dog and Darryl find their van to be missing, and assume it was Merle that took it. But was it really him? If it was him, why didn't he go back to their camp, at least to look for Darryl?
In regards to the TV show Glenn, he does have the origin of being a pizza delivery guy, but not much is spoken about his past since we only get to meet him after Rick has woken from his coma. The directors of the show haven't shown or said anything besides the fact that Glenn has delivered pizza's.
When Rick is in the tank Glenn contacts him via radio call and calls them 'walkers' however Rick has not yet called them walkers. So how would Glenn know to call them that?
In the episode "Guts", Glenn uses the radio to rescue Rick from the horde of walkers surrounding the tank, and guides Rick to the location of his group, which consists of Andrea, T-Dog, Merle Dixon, Jacqui, and Morales, hiding in a department store.
Glenn drives back to the camp with the sports car's horn still blaring, causing Shane to chew him out and say the noise could attract walkers. Given what happens in the following episode , Glenn may have been an Unwitting Instigator of Doom .
