Sharing audio via file sharing services. The quickest way to share audio on Twitter is by leveraging a file sharing service such as Google Drive, Dropbox or even Soundcloud (specialized for hosting podcasts and other audio formats).
Set the sample rate to either 44,1khz or 48khz. Most commercial music is going to be in 44,1khz. This is probably the majority of your music. Most video content is going to have audio in 48khz.
I see that Windows sets the default output format at 16-bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality). Most of my music is in this format, but most of my movies use a 16-bit at 48 KHz format (named DVD quality in the Sound panel). The Windows system sounds are 16-bit at 22050 Hz, which seem to fit nice and evenly into 44.1 KHz.
