Jul 8, 2018 · Avoid this Company. Not usually one for writing bad reviews, but unfortunately left with no choice. Issue started from March 16th. 4 months down the line issue still not resolved, e-mails back and forth with no solution, members of the team repeating same thing over and over again.

Jul 16, 2024 · Focus - Poly phone system training. Setting up the training was efficient and well-planned. A free session offered in the use of our phone system was offered. This was well prepared service for us on behalf of Focus Group which was very informative. The session was well presented with great delivery.
Great support and service from all the team at Focus. We had an ongoing phone system issue from changing our broadband provider that involved another supplier to help resolve, which caused the issue to drag out over months. Focus were always responsive when needed and persevered to bring about a solution.

Mar 28, 2022 · Wednesday 9th July – we can’t wait. We are due to have some equipment delivered to put an end to our 10 weeks of rubbish wifi and endless chasing Focus Group to deliver. It could be a new dawn, a start to a new functional relationship and finally satisfaction with Focus Group service delivery. Wednesday came and went.
