The saving system glitches whenever you try to make a pet neon/mega and you have petwear on the pets. Just remove the petwear when you make them neon/mega and it prob won't happen again :>. I’ve had it happen a few times. I just trade the 4 neons to an alt account, make it mega then trade it back to my regular account.
