I'm looking to revert oblivion to version 1.0 to play with some of the hence patched glitches, as well as possibly learn to speedrun it, I was wondering if there was any way to return oblivion to version 1.0 on steam, or if I should try and find another way to get the files for 1.0. I appreciate any help anyone can give.

Posting a full mod list may help. First, though. Completely uninstall and reinstall the game. No mods, no DLC, no nothing. And see if it runs. That'll help narrow down whether it's a mod or installation issue. Just started oblivion and I can't get past the startup screen.
