   • Ignite has better picture. The older digital cable is only MPEG2. I believe Ignite is either H264 or H265. Either or, it's WAY better than MPEG2. In my opinion both Ignite and Digital TV the picture quality are both horrible and compressed to death compare to Satellite and FTA. Monday Night Football on TSN was unwatchable.

   • I loved the picture quality of my old NB3 PVR but I can honestly say that Ignite TV pic quality is noticeably better.
