The punch move tutor is in the axis carnival, just south of axis high university. If you talked with Aya/Adrienn, Parks and Rec building is in Neo East Gearen, they should be outside said building. You need to talk to Ana to trigger the next step, but you need to start karma files in order to unlock it. firefox4501.
Does anyone know how to get power over 9000 on the test of strength at axis high? Is it really just random because I have done it 50 times and nothing.
