Sep 28, 2020 · Batman fans can pretty quickly recognize that the woman is Jeannie, the pregnant wife of the engineer who would become the Joker (The Comedian). Likewise, Junior looks exactly like the Joker does in the story's flashbacks before he turned into Joker.

She may have been the pregnant wife of the man who became the Joker. The most commonly cited backstory to the Joker depicts him as originally being an engineer at Ace Chemical Processing Plant who quits his job to become a stand-up comedian, only to fail miserably.
If it continues to be canon, Jeannie is real but Joker’s recollection of her is false. If Three Jokers is retconned, then there is a chance Jeannie is a fabrication of Joker’s imagination. While Killing Joke provides the most popular origin story, I like to imagine like his other origin stories, whether they are real or not is ambiguous.

- Batman. Undoubtedly the most intense love interest in the Joker’s life. Batman and the Joker have been enemies for years, but from Joker’s perspective, it’s the most fulfilling relationship he’s ever had.
- Harley Quinn. One can’t talk about Joker’s love interests and not cover his infamous on-again, off-again partner-in-crime. Joker seduced Dr. Harleen Quinzel away from her job and into a life of crime as his girl Friday.
- Jeannie. Technically Jeannie never dated the Joker. Jeannie was the woman who was married to the man the Joker used to be (assuming the origin story The Killing Joke is to be believed).
- Punchline. Harley Quinn moved on from her relationship with Mr. J, so it was only a matter of time before he did too. His first ‘real’ love interest since splitting up with Harley was Alexis Kaye, aka Punchline.
Jeannie was created by Alan Moore and Brian Bolland, first appearing in Batman: The Killing Joke. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Jeannie first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Batman: Three Jokers #2 by Geoff Johns and Jason Fabok.
