According to the uploader of these videos (ClosingLogosHD), the logo's second appearance has a better quality than the first one. Technique: CGI. Like the movie logo, this was done by Intralink Film Graphic Design.
Aug 21, 2024 · The water tower is depicted with the print logo featuring the banner, similarly to the 1990 Warner Bros. Studios print logo at the tower until 2019. In real life, the bannerless logo is used. The full logo itself was revealed on the day the current fanfare was scored.

Either way, it seems Warner Bros has managed to find a happy medium between flat design and skeuomorphism.
