Depending on your current version of Vision 3, the following services are available, for Patient Services (England, Scotland and Northern Ireland) or My Health Online (MHOL) (Wales): Book appointments - Full and quick registration. Order medication - Full registration only.
Online Patients are advised to contact their GP Practice and request that they re-create their Online Account, this will then generate a new confirmation letter for the patient with a new registration token.
To migrate to Patient Services: When you login to www.myvisiononline.co.uk you are asked to enter your Practice ID, or select Search to find it, and select Submit. The Sign In screen displays, enter your existing username and password and select Sign In.
