I need a new cover for my hot tub, a bullfrog R7. Very standard size rounded corner square 88". I've been looking into the names that usually come up here: thecoverguy, myspacover, spacovers.net, spa-mart, etc and they have been getting absolutely brutal reviews on places like google and BBB.
I have gotten two covers from them over the last 15 years. Good replacement cover. I used my spa cover, ordered first of December and it arrive on the 29th of December. Only hiccup was that the hardware (screws and keys) for the cover straps wasn’t included.

In any amount of wind, the cover comes off of the tub and leaves the water exposed to the elements and the heater permanently on, trying to keep temperature.
