Customer Service! The first issues is brutal with them lying and then lying again about where it's sourced and made (China/Mexico). The second is even worse. They state they are happy to help me with the issue and replace it but that the cover can't be used and needs to be in it's original packaging so it can be resold.
Was sold a swim spa cover that cost nearly £2000, which has started to disintegrate within a matter of months. I complained and have been offered some 'free filters' in compensation, with a suggestion i can 'sew the area with lose thread'. DISGUSTED & INSULTED by the shear lack of customer care.

I've now bought 2 CleverSpa Thermal Hot Tub Covers, the first 3 years ago. I have found both to be quality products. The claim of a 50% energy saving, when using the cover, I find to be true.
