I need a new cover for my hot tub, a bullfrog R7. Very standard size rounded corner square 88". I've been looking into the names that usually come up here: thecoverguy, myspacover, spacovers.net, spa-mart, etc and they have been getting absolutely brutal reviews on places like google and BBB.
Was sold a swim spa cover that cost nearly £2000, which has started to disintegrate within a matter of months. I complained and have been offered some 'free filters' in compensation, with a suggestion i can 'sew the area with lose thread'. DISGUSTED & INSULTED by the shear lack of customer care.

Apr 8, 2022 · We spent hundreds of pounds on a new hot tub cover only for it to be supplied with stretchy elastic fasteners which are not fit for purpose. In any amount of wind, the cover comes off of the tub and leaves the water exposed to the elements and the heater permanently on, trying to keep temperature.
