- THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered a David Yurman 925 sterling silver box chain necklace and what I got, weeks later, was a plated stainless steel heart shaped piece of junk necklace that bears zero resemblance to what I ordered.
- no after-sales service, run away. I agree to pay customs fees. BUT I disagree to pay something that is defective... I ordered 3 items, 2 of which arrived perfectly functional including another piercing with the same opening system than the defective one (an "Internal Threaded Labret").
- Do not ever buy from this company. Emailed company to let them know the earrings they sent me wouldn’t even fit the earlobes of a toddler. I let them know I just wanted a credit so I could get a pair of earrings that would fit since I understood their no return policy.
- Terrible quality. Terrible quality, do not match online images and hoop earrings don’t close shut. The purchase was expensive and then there was an extra unexpected import charge on top.
