Luxury escapes 12 day Ultimate Japan. I have just returned from this tour in Japan and I’m afraid Luxury escapes promised a lot and delivered very little. A small group tour (12 when we booked) turned into 24 passengers. Hotels were lucky to be 3 star mostly in terrible locations and nowhere near the heart of cities.
So accommodating and very timely with communication. I'd definitely book a holiday with Luxury Escapes again as they do try and make your holiday work if something unexpected comes up and also pass on some really great deals. I haven't used them personally, but likely will in the near future. Jump onto TripAdvisor, look up the included hotel/resort and go to the reviews section. Then in the search box of the review section type in "luxury escapes", to see the reviews of those who have purchased via the company.
Aug 23, 2022 · Reviewed August 23, 2022. **BEWARE**. Our family lost over $6k in flights and accommodation with luxury escapes. We had booked our trip to the Gold Coast from Hamilton/Auckland NZ for a family of 5 in 2020 just before COVID-19 lockdown. Later on we were able to rebook our holiday package as it was put on credit.
