I've bought eGift and Physical cards here for many months. I love the Vanilla Visa Gift Cards the best, but can't go wrong with any of them. Date of experience: November 16, 2022.

Awful customer service. Paid £8 for express delivery, DPD driver didn’t even knock on the door. Parcel sent back to store they won’t give me a refund or send it out again without paying another £10. Customer service disgusting - Ignoring me, not taking into consideration the situation. Delivery even worse.

Oct 10, 2015 · Personalised Gift Shop. Very efficient service from ease of ordering to delivery of order. I ordered 22 personalised flower jugs on the Tuesday and they arrived a few days later safely individually wrapped within gift boxes, which were in their own individual bags and then completely wrapped in shredded paper and all enclosed in large plastic bag inside a sturdy cardboard box and delivered by DPD.
It has several of the major streaming apps (eg: Netflix, YouTube, Spotify) built in. Once you get it paired to your phone connection is effortless and streaming quality is excellent. Audio quality is great for speakerphone as well. Little or no latency issues, almost zero disconnections. Excellent product.
