Black Ice is the eleventh episode of the second season of Under the Dome. The Dome begins to rotate, which shifts the colder air of the upper atmosphere downward, sending Chester's Mill into a deep freeze. Melanie's condition worsens when people in Zenith discover the Egg.
Joe and Norrie arrive at the Dome and see Hunter at the edge, meeting with Malick at the Dome wall. Once the two men exchange notes, Malick and his men drive off and Joe and Norrie confront Hunter for betraying them.
Rebecca and Sam try to save Chester's Mill residents as temperatures plunge; Barbie puts his life at risk to help Julia after a terrible accident.
