History. The historic Tudor House mansion that Gilmour’s Admission, Advancement, Business, Communication and Marketing Offices now call home was completed in 1924. It was commissioned by Cleveland industrialist and founder of the Cleveland Foundry Co. Francis E. Drury as a near-replica of his original home on Euclid Avenue’s Millionaires' Row.

Tudor House. The main residence was Tudor Revival in style with stone, stucco, and timber building materials. The stone was quarried from the Briar Hill quarries in Glenmont, Ohio. The 41-room mansion cost between 2 to 3 million dollars to build and had 14 fireplaces with imported marble.
