   The property which is a rental property had been empty for 4 months so the actual shower hadn't even had a full 12 months of use. Plumbworld who I will review separately passed me to Triton direct as the unit was outside of their 12 months warranty period. Triton's response was that it had lasted 12 months so no further action required.

   • The part required came next day… The part required came next day although disappointed the PRD was not covered by the warranty. They send a new replacement plastic part but all you need is a new diaphragm which must cost pence.
