   Terrible customer service. I received two container grown silver birch trees as a birthday present. The trees arrived beautifully packaged and presented, but the roots were very inadequately developed for the size of the trees. I have raised my concerns direct with the company twice, and have been ignored.

   Does Tree Secret really work?

   • Tree secret has done a great job of stopping a tree I had from dying more and one that the power company cut 50% of for clearance. Both where stopped for m getting worse and with my white pine....it actually didn't care and is sprouting new branches just a month later.

   • Trees Direct Really good service, first delivery failed as delivery driver couldn't see beyond his nose. But trees direct sorted it no problems at all. Date of experience: 16 January 2024 Bought a couple of trees, sensible price, good communication and delivered when they said it would be.

   How often do you use tree secret?

   • We used Tree Secret once in the spring and once in the fall. It started turning bluish green again after the first application. And looks even better 6 months after the fall application. We are going to use this once a year on all of our trees and shrubs. If you have a weakened tree, I would suggest spring and fall application.
