Sep 1, 2017 · Ordered a peach tree. Ordered a peach tree, a variety that doesn't get the leaf curl disease, instead I received a plum tree. Pictures and orders been emailed, 4 emails sent, no response. 45£ wasted. My genuine advice is do not buy trees online, just go to a garden center instead. Lesson learned.

Terrible customer service. I received two container grown silver birch trees as a birthday present. The trees arrived beautifully packaged and presented, but the roots were very inadequately developed for the size of the trees. I have raised my concerns direct with the company twice, and have been ignored.
