The Hospital is a location that appears in "Torment Therapy". It is the first map in Chapter 4, and is inhabited by the Reaper Nurses and the Matron. Like all other nightmares, the hospital is demolished after the escape.

You mixed up Telepathy and Telekinesis, but yeah, that's the basics. Another tip is to use Telekinesis to avoid going into any dangerous areas.
