    Campsites are relatively close together, but with less than 10 campsites, it also can make for a quieter feel of a campground… in a quieter area of the park!

    It would be a 3 mile round trip hike to Lake Superior from the Little Beaver Lake campground. Once you come to Lake Superior, you’ll intersect with the North Country Trail. If you won’t be staying at Little Beaver campground, you can find a trailhead to Lake Superior on the road to the campground. There’s a parking area for non-campers.

    And then you can go even further along the North Country Trail to hike to Chapel Rockand Chapel Beach from the Little Beaver campground.
