Tokyo City is a map featured in Midnight Racing: Tokyo. Tokyo City was released on May 15th, 2020. Tokyo City features several distinctive neighborhoods in a fictional recreation of central areas in Tokyo, Japan. Tokyo City includes the districts of Ginza, Harumi, Tsukiji, Shiodome and Kyobashi. Tokyo is served by the Tokyo Metro that is yet to be put into service.
It is the first map to have the experimental graphics options.
If touges and expressways are not your thing, a sprint race through Tokyo City's beautiful roads might just do it for you. While relatively short, it rewards plentifully with a completion prize of ¥132,500 and 610xp. It is worth noting that no laps are rewarded for this race, so you will often see high level players with next to no laps on this map...
Compared to Shirosato's drag strip, the drag race on Tokyo City is significantly longer and good for testing cars top end performance. With that said, it still only gives a meagre ¥25,300 and 83xp.
This event is a short, intense battle through Tokyo City's various alleys which rewards the player with ¥84,900 and 289xp.
On the contrary, the City Showdown event takes you through all of the main roads Tokyo City has to offer, and is one of the longer events on the map, but doesn't have the best rewards at ¥105,320 and 410xp.
In a similar fashion to the race on Classic Tokyo, this event takes you around Tokyo City's docks and rewards ¥71,000 and 310xp.
As standard, this area has teleports to every relevant shop and dealer in the map. The area surrounding it has increased grip levels, which is very noticeable. There are also several tooltips dotted around, helpful for new players.
The GoldLabel Customs & Commissions shop is an upcoming dealer rumoured to be "buying and selling exclusive vehicles". Well known for it's wide usage in pictures, the location consists of a luxurious entrance with a dyno and garage in the back.
If you want to host a car meet, or take pictures, then this quiet Gas Station should work well.
There are numerous shops and restaurants dotted around Tokyo City for tourists. This includes:

The Shuto Expressway is the main track map of Midnight Racing: Tokyo. The map is a close 1:1 recreation of the real life Inner Circuit Route (C1) loop located in the central part of the Greater Tokyo Area.
