Nov 22, 2023 · The park has three primary trails: The Interpretive Loop (1 mile), the Bison Trail (3 miles), and the Toadstool Park CG (4.8 miles). Do not follow Google map directions if coming from the north! You have to drive on at least 11 miles of gravel road to get here, but the (second) road we took was well maintained. The parking lot area is nice and large, with an information stand, toilets, and nice covered picnic areas with tables.
