Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 3 has been confirmed to end at episode 13! News. Here's the official confirmation by AT-X' broadcasting schedule from July 5th, which denotes episode 13 as the final (END) episode of season 3. (Don't get confused by the date, Kaguya-sama usually airs 4 days late on AT-X).

I know there's another project in the works for Love Is War but afaik it hasn't been confirmed that it's another season, especially since the manga is ending soon. I really hope we get more seasons, but if not it still ended on one hell of a high note!
