Tiberias (/ taɪˈbɪəriəs / ty-BEER-ee-əs; Hebrew: טְבֶרְיָה, Ṭəḇeryā ⓘ; Arabic: طبريا, romanized: Ṭabariyyā) [3] is an Israeli city on the western shore of the Sea of Galilee.
