Open Evening 2024. Our Open Evening 2024 will take place on Wednesday 25 September. The doors will open at 16:45 with the first Head’s talk at 17:00. We will have a Headteacher’s talk every half hour, with the last talk at 19:00. We will finish at 20:00. Open Mornings.
A very large 11-18 community comprehensive school, founded in 1971. Named for the father of English Church music who lived in Greenwich. We have over 2100 young people from a wide range of backgrounds. 32% PP, 80 languages. About 58% boys in y7-11 because there are more girls’ than boys’ schools in the LA.

Thomas Tallis School is a state-of-the-art building, opened in 2012, with amazing social facilities and spaces for Post 16 study. The Sixth Form Café is a dedicated social space and outside seating area, which offers a range of food and drink with extended opening times. People study there too.
