At the end of the shift McNulty and Baker bring in a pair of suspects. The desk sergeant initially tells them to send the suspects in line with all the other detainees until hearing that they are responsible for the church burglaries.

Just finished episode 10 ("Misgivings") of season 4 for the first time and wow, that ending. Watching Chris beat that man to death was one of the most visceral scenes I have ever seen and any show. I could barely watch it.
