   I found a simple dress which somehow had great reviews. It was absolutely nothing like the picture online, wrong fabric & looks so cheaply made! Customer service is unresponsive when requesting a refund & only an email is provided.

   I ordered my dress from Dorriswedding.com and when I got my confirmation email it said June bridals. Seems a little weird but my dress arrived in about 20 days and it's beautiful. It's definitely made in China but if that doesn't bother you, their prices are fantastic.

   Is a $200 wedding dress couture?

   • Date of experience: August 01, 2024 Never shop here. Admittedly, a wedding dress that was purchased for less than $200 is going to be not couture. Understood, but for $200 the dress should be somewhere close to what is pictured. The material was cheap, the stitching was amature, and the dress was rolled up in a ball to be shipped to me.

   • Just saw this and thought I would add- their bridesmaid dresses are ‘professional spot clean only.’ This means no wet wash or dry cleaning. And when you get it spot cleaned, you can see where it has been cleaned. Buyer beware, they are beautiful dresses, but you only get to wear them once.
