Batman Gambit: Voris suckers Zaibach into thinking the Sword is in Godashim and tries to lure as many troops inside the castle to bring it down on their heads (with the added benefit of giving the Duke and our heroes time to flee).
Escaflowne was too violent and had a lot of adult themes. Foxkids wasn't able to edit out all the violence and adult motifs out, and had to stop (or so I was told). The series is kind of slow, but the ending is so redeeming.
